Rainbow Cupcakes

Hi guys! I'm back again and today my BFF, Grace came to visit me. We decided to bake rainbow cupcakes!!! Why is it rainbow cupcakes? Hmmm... We always wanted to try bake rainbow cupcakes because it's just so beautiful! Haha! XD Whenever I search for cupcakes on youTube, they always show me rainbow cupcakes. All my friends tried and posted on Instagram and it seems fun. Therefore, I tired today and it was really a nice & fun experience for Grace and I. Okay, here the recipe we used and I want to share with you guys!
THINGS NEEDED:
1/2 cup of caster sugar
125 grams of unsalted butter
2 eggs
1 cup of self-raising flour
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
3 teaspoon of milk
4 bottles food colouring (Red,Blue,Green,Yellow)
METHODS:
Preheat the oven to 200ºc.
Place 12 cupcake liners in the tray.
Cream the sugar and butter until it's fluffy.
Beat the eggs one at a time and add a little flour at the same time until the ingredients are mixed.
Add the vanilla essence and mix.
Add the milk 1 tablespoon at a time and mix after each addition.
Divide the mixture into 6 plastic bowls (easier to clean up) :
Bowl 1 - Half a cap of red
Bowl 2 - Half a cap of red and yellow
Bowl 3 - Half a cap of blue
Bowl 4 - Half a cap of blue and red
Bowl 5 - Half a cap of green
Bowl 6 - Half a cap of yellow
Mix colouring into each mixture after adding
8. Divide the purple mixture between the 12 cases. Repeat with the other mixtures in this order: Blue,Green,Yellow,Orange,Red.
9. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
